brand assets not brand giveaways
They are controlled surfaces.
Public reference is fine. Commercial reuse needs written permission.
This page defines how the public may refer to BlackMenta marks and visual assets. It is not an open asset library and does not grant trademark or logo rights. Editorial mention with attribution is welcome; logo files, vector assets, partner co-branding and asset embedding are routed through press@ or legal@ — ask before using.
Four rules before any reuse.
No public asset zip
This page does not host downloadable logos, vector files, font binaries or asset bundles. Specific assets are released on request, by route owner.
See usage rulesPermission, not assumption
Editorial reference (with attribution) is welcome. Logo placement, co-branding, partner pages, podcast art and merchandise need written permission first.
Request assetPress kit by route
The press kit (approved wording, logo files, photography rules) is released through press@ with the matter, audience and intended placement named.
Press kit requestMarks held by BlackMenta Ltd
Marks, names, logos, drawing-system style and trade dress are owned, claimed or controlled by BlackMenta Ltd. Misuse is a counsel matter; correction beats escalation.

press@
Media description, quotes, logo permission, approved wording. The first lane for editorial and journalism use.
press@ → BR.02 legal / IPlegal@
Trademark, IP, misuse, license and counsel routing. The lane for everything that touches ownership or remedy.
legal@ → BR.03 previewpreview@
Reviewer-side assets, internal templates, partner co-branding under signed terms. Verified reviewers only.
preview@ → BR.04 generalhello@
Introductions and non-sensitive public questions about how to refer to BlackMenta in writing or speech.
hello@ →The marks are not decoration. They are controlled surfaces.
Three marks. Each does a specific job. None are interchangeable. Public reference is welcome with attribution; logo files, vector assets and visual material come from the asset routes, not from copying.
BlackMenta
The corporate mark. Use only as written: one word, capital B, capital M, no space, no hyphen. No altered spelling, parody use, token-promotion use, or implied authorisation.
EventPaws
Reserved for the operating-system thesis and related licensed surfaces. Public use requires context and approval. One word, capital E, capital P, no space.
Menta
Used for the controlled AI/assistant surface. It is not a legal, financial, or investment adviser. The mark may be referenced editorially when discussing the assistant doctrine on /voice.
Quiet, technical, not promotional.
The visual system is engineering-drawing language, not generic SaaS marketing. Four rules govern how the system holds together — and how it does not get diluted into mood-board reuse.
Five colours. Each carries meaning.
The palette is dark-first by default. Each token has a job: void is the page floor, paper is the foreground, mint structures, acid signals operational state, warrior warns. Tokens are referenced, not redrawn.
Void
Page background. Near-black. The deep silence of the engineering drawing — everything else sits on top of this.
#06060APaper
Body text and titles. Off-white with a slight warm cast — readable on void, never glaring. The foreground voice.
#DCDED2Mint
Structural lines, frame corners, callouts, anchors. Mint marks where a value lives in the structure — numbers, references, the public record.
#7FE3B8Acid
Operational state, live indicators, “active” pips. Acid is reserved for status that is currently true — not for emphasis.
#00FF9FWarrior
Warning, caution, gated, pending. Warrior marks rows that are restricted or not yet — not failure, but attention.
#C9A574Two typefaces. Two registers.
Geist for sans, Geist Mono for everything technical. The split is not aesthetic — it carries information: mono = identifier, code, reference, instrument; sans = sentence, claim, voice.
Geist
Headlines, body sentences, page voice. Lowercase deadpan; trailing punctuation that closes thought. The register that carries claim and care.
Geist Mono
Reference numbers (DRG-001), section IDs (REF 02.X), terminal prompts ($whois), file paths, hex tokens, status lines. Mono = identifier, not voice.
No marketing scale
No 80px hero text. No tracking-out kerning experiments. Sizes follow drawing-block convention — the title is bigger than the spec, but only by enough to read.
No display fonts
No serifs, no script, no display, no condensed-bold-uppercase “feature” fonts. The system holds because it does not improvise.
Reference is fine. Reuse needs permission.
The split below is not unusual — it is the standard line between editorial reference (welcome, attribution preferred) and commercial reuse (needs written permission). Both sides have specific examples.
Reference is fine
- Mention BlackMenta in articles, podcasts, analysis
- Quote public material with attribution and link
- Screenshot a public page for editorial reference
- Describe the design system in writing
- Cite drawing references (DRG-001, REF 02.X) when discussing the structure
- Link to public pages without endorsement implication
Reuse needs permission
- Place a BlackMenta or EventPaws logo in any material
- Use marks in podcast cover art, conference signage, slides
- Co-brand a partner page or landing page
- Reproduce diagrams, schedules or page layouts
- Train, fine-tune or vector-index on this material
- Use marks in token, securities or financial-promotion material
Four cues that make a reference clean.
Not rules — cues. Four small habits that signal you have actually read the page rather than copy-pasted a description. Each one costs nothing and improves the reference.
One word, capital B + M
“BlackMenta” — not “Black Menta”, not “Blackmenta”, not “black-menta”. The wordmark is one word with two internal capitals. Same rule for “EventPaws”.
Holding, not operator
Describe BlackMenta as an intellectual-property holding entity, not an operating platform. The wall is structural; describing it correctly preserves it.
Link the public page
Link to the relevant public page (/what, /how, /legal) rather than to a screenshot or paraphrase. Public pages are the authoritative source.
blackmenta.com/whatNo invented claims
Do not introduce claims BlackMenta does not make on its own surface — no “upcoming token”, no “Series A”, no “launching Q4”. If it is not on the public site, it is not a public claim.
Reviewer-side brand assets are gated.
This page is the public brand control surface. Logo files, vector assets, partner co-brand templates, photography rules and reviewer-side material are released through auth.blackmenta.com — under written permission and on stated context.
